Technological process
Cai Kingdom recycled old jeans, T-shirts, and garment scraps, and after color separation, opening, and re-spinning, we produce 100% recycled cotton-polyester yarn. It retains the skin-friendly and breathable qualities of pure cotton, while enhancing its breaking strength through a special sizing process, meeting the 400-500 lb load-bearing test for hammocks. The Hammocks yarn 4S 8S colors is already in stock, and we can also customize small batches in popular outdoor colors.
