How is the product packaged?

Packed in woven bags:

The conventional woven bag packaging adopts "8 tubes/bag". Each yarn tube is covered with a transparent plastic bag to avoid direct friction between the yarn and the woven bag during transportation, which can lead to fuzzing and breakage. The outer woven bag serves as a "collective packaging" function, with 8 yarn tubes tightly fixed, which not only saves space but also resists compression during transportation through the toughness of the woven bag.

A standard high cube (40-foot container) can load 22-23 tons of 8s/1 raw white cotton polyester yarn. For exports to overseas markets or centralized procurement by large textile mills, the "cost per ton" advantage of woven bag packaging is significant - the transportation cost per unit weight is diluted, significantly reducing the logistics pressure on the producer.
